Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

9. Order Cancellation

12. Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, customs refusal, or failure to collect the package, Bella Diva™ may not be able to issue a full refund.
